Location, Location, Location?

In real estate, location as the three most important things is a tried and true axiom. But when you’re a larger company building an apprenticeship program, location, especially multiple company locations, can be your biggest challenge.

How do multi-location companies address such a challenge? Many resort to building multiple apprenticeship programs, resulting in wasted time and money navigating varying regulatory hurdles, finding multiple training partners, and duplicating efforts building and managing programs at each facility. The end products are apprenticeships that include different teaching methods, training curriculum, and ultimately outcomes.

But training innovation has overcome these deficiencies while reducing administrative burdens and cost.
